Attractive building, nicely located in the centre of Chatteris.

Lots of steep stairs hindered by numerous (necessary!) fire doors. Lack of shelf space in the shower room and nowhere to hang a bathrobe in there.

At a very upsetting personal time for me, my stay was exceptional. Room was lovely, spacious,clean & well presented. The staff were all fantastic, a pleasure to meet Carly,Tom,Dylan & all. Such a friendly atmosphere & genuinely welcoming. The food was beautiful,Dylan is a star in the making. Lovely person & a very talented chef. Top marks,was delicious. Thank you Tom & all the staff for a wonderful experience.Was a pleasure to meet you all & I really hope to return one day under better personal circumstances. Can highly recommend. Andy ❤

The, property was very nice and staff equally good.

Unfortunately there was a young group of guests staying at the hotel that were extremely loud until around midnight, and slamming doors

Been at the hotel for 15 days, each of which the staff have been caring, the room was mice and clean, the owner and his family welcoming, even on the weekend the room was quiet even if there It was celebration in the restaurant , highly recomended

Great location for what we needed, free car parking, generous breakfast, good sized room at the front and the fan in the room was excellent!

The overwhelming smell of frying as soon as you enter the hotel, or leave the room. Our clothes stank after eating breakfast inside.

Such a shame the second of our two nights ruined what had started as a nice break. The owners had a very loud party for a relative that went on until midnight and was impossible to sleep through. Our room actually shook with the noise of the music. They did change us to another room and gave us a bottle of wine but even then sleep was impossible. Plus having to pack all our belongings late into the evening when we were trying to sleep wasn't great. Frankly if they are prepared to take bookings knowing they have a large and loud event planned they aren't hosts I could recommend. We booked a small country hotel and got Ibiza. We have complained but they seem to think the bottle of wine makes everything ok.
