Very friendly owners

It was an amazing little gem hidden in the heart of the country side 😄 perfect for wildlife spotting and generally getting away from the stresses and strains of modern day life. Our host Lynn, went out her way to be welcoming and kind and was also very knowledgeable about the area. The house was immaculate and cosy and our room and bathroom a perfect size for our weekend away. I will certainly be back again. Highly recommend. 😍

The room was comfortable and spotless and the host very friendly and informative. The only improvement would be the option of a cooked breakfast

I would have preferred a full Scottish breakfast but we were forewarned that a Continental breakfast was provided.

Looked right into the standing stones

A bit hard to get to if you are using public transport

Its country location in a hidden gem of magical history!

There was nothing I did not like and will be returning time and time again!

The room was beautiful with a view of standing stones! Easy parking right outside my door. The host provided extensive information about the area which was very helpful. A nice continental breakfast is provided. The garden like yard was full of red squirrels and a variety of birds! I hope to return one day to this very interesting area and stay here again!

Our Host - Lynn - was great, really warm welcoming. She gave us a lot of information about the landscape. She prepared a wonderful breakfast. Dunchraigaig House is a quite lovely place. You can reach Kilmartin or Lochgilphead rather fast. If You are interested in nature or archeology then this will be the right place. And nature will be directly in front of You during breakfast - squirrels and a lot of birds can be watched.

Nothing to mention!

The house is ideal for spending time outside the city. The staff who run the B&B are very friendly and keen to help provide information as to what's on in the local area. You can also see small birds, red squirrels, woodpeckers and pine martens around the house as well. If you're interested in wildlife photography or looking for an adventure, I would strongly recommend giving Dunchraigaig House a visit.
