Location

Dirty, no security, did not get the A2X single beds as requested. ( had to sleep with my sister in the double bed), Dishwasher broken, blocked toilet. Drunk Māori man coming in and out, Expired medications in bathroom cupboard........ My sister and I do NOT recommend this as a B&B or even as a backpacker's. Do a review and remove it from your search engines I want a refund for not staying the 2nd night and compensation for the 1st night's stay.

Friendly owner. Helpful when the tv wouldn't work. Very comfy and warm bed. Had a chat about what was good and not good. Very open to constructive criticism. Eggs, toast and choice of cereals for breakfast.

False advertisement. Pictures don’t represent the actual facility

The room was small, not as published or advertised in booking.com. The facility overcharged the customer. Actual price per night $60 NZD, charged $130 per night, plus taxes, service charges and currency exchange charges and fees. On arrival at the property, the doors were locked, nobody answered the door, I had to wait in the rain for hours, knocking the door and ringing the door bell. The place was always cold with no heating. The sheets were not changed daily. It stated that breakfast was included, but you had to make your own breakfast with no groceries in the fridge or facilities. The most unpleasant experience 😡😡😡😡
