There was no cleanliness at all.When we arrived unwashed dishes were in the sink, and the microwave and oven were dirty. No proper tea bags, milk or sugar provided -just a box of loose tea powder and dirty sugar box. No proper utensils to eat. we used forks that we had with us. Glad ly we bought dinner so we didn't had to use Kitchen. No signs where we get utensils. The room didn't feel freshly cleaned, wasn't sure if the towels and bed sheet were fresher even changed after previous stay .

Fue la peor experiencia que tuve en un alojamiento. Llegue con mi pareja al horario acordado, nos atiende un señor que parecia recien levantado, sin bañarse y sin terminar de vestirse; nos dice que booking no le habia avisado que llegariamos a esa hora (aun habiendole mostrado su confirmacion) y que volvamos a las dos horas porque no tuvo tiempo de preparar la habitacion; al volver, estuvimos 30 minutos golpeandole la puerta y llamandolo y nunca nos atendio nadie, por lo que tuvimos que reservar en otro lugar de inmediato ya que eran las 21 hs, con lo que eso implica, un gasto extra, el apuro y que podamos encontrar donde pasar la noche. Espero que este comentario sirva para que nadie tenga que pasar por la misma situacion que pasamos nosotros.

I never check in. I rang the phone number of the host and text on the night i was about to check in. Never pick up the phone. No answer. Nothing. I was out on the cold has no where to stay for that night. I ended up booking another place to stay. This is a scam. Be aware

No room was available! There seems to be no effective communication between your organisation and this owner. If you did let him know that I was arriving, did you get his acknowledgment and confirmation of room availability? If you did, you should ask him why the room was not available. It is not a good look for your organisation.

宿泊予定日の昼に予約して夜の9時にチェックインしようとしたところ、「予約を受けていない」「パソコンで予約状況を見ることができない」「急にこられても困る」といった対応をされました。空いている部屋を案内されましたが、部屋の掃除がされておらず目の前で軽くベッドメイキングをされました。

I didn't stay any night or check in

There was no lock on bedroom door and there were also other guests staying. I didn't feel secure so when I went to check in and discover that there was no secure lock on door to bedroom I told Glen I wouldn't be staying and ask for refund. . I haven't received refund or any reply back to my emails and voice and text messages. I have paid for a service I didn't receive
