The landlord was drunk, the room was not available and he blamed booking . Com for over booking his room. Disinterested in the fact that it was late and we had booked and paid for a room with him. Had to find somewhere else. Don't even consider this place.

We got refused entry as “booking.com has overbooked”. Guy is a scammer! Never got our money back!

The host didn’t help at all with our problem. Didn’t want to open his door when we knocked. We waited for 10min even tho we could hear him walking behind the doors. Not helpful at all, got told it was overbooked and to deal with it on our own on new years day!!

My shy daughter wasn't sure which food to eat for breakfast, but eventually worked out Location was prime for her purpose

Other load tenant made my daughter uncomfortable, which was addressed by host No lock on bedroom so felt unsafe - so her partner travelled down to be with my girl

Location was a run down and unclean property and the owner was not satisfactory at his business

This property was not satisfactory for a bed & breakfast. It was not clean nor tidy. When we arrived for our one night stay the owner told us that he had no knowledge of our booking (via booking.com), even when I showed him my Booking.Com document, AND he had confirmed the stay over a week ago

Nothing at all the owner was rude, telling me its had not had a booking and swore at Booking.com. accusing them of putting him in a difficult situation. I did not get a room as he said he was full.

I would however not recommend anyone to think of booking. The place is really the lower end of budget, dirty. Backpackers are a better option than this place. I have added booking.com to investigate it. I definitely will not book with booking.com if they keep places like this on their books

I paid for a room with a private bathroom, but it turned out to be shared instead. The house wouldn’t be that bad if it were cleaner and a bit more taken care of. There were writings on the walls and lots of cobwebs in the room, same in the main bathroom. There are no keys for the rooms, and the window wouldn’t close — there were some pieces of clothing hanging on it, but they didn’t help at all. When we arrived, we were barely given any information, as if they didn’t even know we were coming.

到達時告知入住已滿，說會取消退款，後續沒收到退款還打電話給屋主兩次都說會退款，根本沒取消訂單，莫名其妙被收取住宿費用
