Bed was very comfortable. Quiet at night.

TV Sky didn't work

The neighbour was a stand up guy and a chill stoner at the bus stop opposite offered me a couch when the accommodation fell through. Stoner had a cute dog.

My room was double booked so I couldn't stay at all. The host was not contactable prior to my arrival, number on the listing goes straight to voicemail. When I arrived to check in at around 10.30pm (after trying my best to pre-warn for the late check-in via phone, email and booking.com), I had to let myself in round the back. The door to the shared common space was unlocked with lights on and at least looked like the listing photos, so I thought maybe I was expected. I still had to disturb other guests to confirm I was in the right place, since the front didn't really match the listing photos. They told me the host was in the office next to their room, but when I knocked several times, called and out of desperation let myself in, I didn't see anyone, just a blanket fort with LED lighting. I had to knock on the neighbours door for help to finally find and wake the host who was asleep on the premises (I didn't see where he emerged from, possibly the blanket fort- the neighbour said to the host he was tired of being a way station for guests so seemed like this had happened before). All this meant it was an hour before I found out I wasn't able to stay, which meant buses back to a more central part of town were no longer available. The host immediately told me he didn't have my money and had never recieved my booking, which doesn't align with what booking.com says. There was rotten food in the fruit bowl in the shared space and other guests were skittish on my arrival- probably because they didn't realise the door was unlocked! I hated to be the cause of others feeling unsafe because I was given insufficient information and to feel so unsafe myself as a solo traveller. The host has other listings of varying quality and if you search the name, you can find articles about him being charged for fraud. Do not stay here or book here. Booking.com should remove all listings for this person.

Bed was very comfortable, room was quite tidy. Great to be able to take out small dog too. Very good value for price but I guess you get what you pay for.

Questions to owner were not responded to. A lot of comings and goings in other 2 rooms. Shower floor could have been a bit cleaner.

I got a carpark on the property. it was good it had a TV with netflix You got what you got for the price but i was expecting a bit more.

I booked the family room with a private bathroom but just got a room and had to share the bathroom facilities which had a mouldy smell .

we booked for 2 nights but had to leave the next day due to business

Was very friendly. Value for money. Great facilities!

No lock on bedroom door, could not lock outside door, not provided with a key even though promised one, bathroom dirty and crowded with washing machine, second bed was a torn mattress with no blankets, fell unsafe, fled to a motel and did not stay
