"Best stay of St Cuthberts Way walk!!"

My dad and i stayed here for one night whilst walking Saint Cuthberts Way walk and from the moment we walked into Mill House we were greeted by Clare who was so warm and welcoming and particularly helped me as i had sprained my ankle that day so she got me an ice pack. The location was so absolutely stunning, the rooms very clean and to a high standard, beds comfortable, and felt very welcomed. Not to mention the breakfast which was simply out of this world! I will definitely be staying here again.

This place has everything: very nice and clean room, comfortable beds, great shower, delicious breakfast, lovely sandwich for lunch to take with us. Everything is very well organised and it is all so lovely, clean and taken good care of.

What a lovely stay! The room was clean and fresh. Plenty of towels and lovely soap and toiletries. Great WiFi! Breakfast was fantastic. Claire was the most helpful host, friendly and kind!

"Amazing stay with Clare and David!"

What a wonderful place this is! Nestled in the breathtaking hills and countryside of southern Scotland, this wonderful cottage is beautifully managed by Clare and her beloved husband, David. We only stayed one night in there, but it was a real shame because Clare's hospitality was exceptional, as was her breakfast. I highly recommend this wonderful experience: the perfect starting point for cycling or hiking. Thanks again, Clare: you were magnificent!
