This family run B&B is great place to stay in Kirk Yetholm. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, great bed, tastefully decorated. Breakfast was lovely, with home-made and locally sourced produce. The Border Inn is 5 minutes walk away for dinner.

Scenery and surroundings are so beautiful not to mention the Bed and Breakfast itself. Hosts so friendly and helpful, couldn’t have done enough for us.

Clare was very lovely and welcoming. The rooms and house are absolutely gorgeous. Perfect location and a lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend for walkers completing the Penine Way. A bit of well earned luxury after a very long walk.

We had a wonderful one night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The owners were welcoming and friendly, and we really felt and appreciated the effort they put into making our stay comfortable and luxurious. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. We also loved the decor in the breakfast room, and the spacious but cosy living room. The food at breakfast was all excellent.

Fabulous accommodation, delicious breakfast, but what makes this venue stand out is the wonderful hospitality from Claire & David. Thank you both for making our weekend feel so special.

Excellent overnight stay at Mill House while walking St Cuthbert's Way. Walkers are welcome, with trays ready for muddy boots. Very comfortable room, and an excellent breakfast to set us up for the next day's walk.
