"Loved this place. Delicious coffee. Great family stay."

Loved the complimentary drinks every morning. Lots of space in the room. Comfortable beds. Two showers and toilets. Very friendly staff. The room was quiet.

The only thing I could suggest to improve would be more assortment of pillows- we found them too big and normally prefer thinner pillows.

"Exceptional"

The room is very large and clean. It contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms so very comfortable for large group or family. They offer a cup of coffee per person from their cafe everyday of my stay which was really delicious. The location is quite good it is not too far away to walk to Tha phae gate.

"Perfect base in Chiang Mai"

This was our second time staying here and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The staff downstairs are so friendly and helpful and the room is so spacious and comfortable it’s a great base for exploring Chiang Mai
