Amazing hosts. The room was beautiful and super close to the bus stop for easy direct access to Venice. The breakfast was a highlight! Can definitely recommend this stay.

What an amazing place, furnished with passion and incredibly clean. The owner is incredibly kind. The breakfasts are absolutely the best! You have to come here to try them (see my photos). On our last day, we left early and got a takeaway breakfast, thank you! The house is located close to the Venezia Mestre train station. Very detailed instructions on how to get there and how to check in yourself. I definitely recommend it!

Все было просто превосходно,аппартаменты замечательные,чистота на высшем уровне,сервис непревзойденный.Я просто до сих пор вспоминаю эту поездку.Спасибо Эмилии и ее маме за гостеприимство,а завтраки это отдельная шедевральная история!Вы должны поехать и однозначно попробывать!Настоящий утренний кайф! Это были незабываемые впечатления! 1000%рекомендую к посещению!

Det va ett mysigt och personligt boende. Nära till tåg o buss som tog 10min till Venedig för 2 euro. Väldigt bra frukost där det serverades nybakat och man fick möjlighet att testa lokala råvaror. Rummet va rymligt och hade bra förvaring. Snabb återkoppling och hjälpsamma ägare. Skulle vi åka tillbaka så skulle jag absolut bo här igen.

Finns inget att klaga på med själva boendet men det va snålt utbud på restauranger i närheten så vi valde att åka in till Venedig för att avnjuta våra middagar.

L'ambiance, la décoration, le petit déjeuner préparé avec beaucoup d'amour. Emilia est une hôtesse merveilleuse. La gare est à 7 minutes et l'arrêt de bus autour du coin. L'emplacement idéal! Je recommande chaudement.

This accommodation is beyond amazing!!! The value and beautiful place far exceeded our expectations. The owner and family were so friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Place is so clean...better than hotels. Location was great and the parking spot was so good. If we could give a rating higher than a 10+ we would!!

We honestly cannot say anything we didn't like. It was beyond exceptional and excellent value for our money spent.
