Great location near beach, fairly cheap

Lots of animals around property, no curtains, worst sleep we had, room was very hot with no AC, description lies about having a hot tub, staff don’t really speak english. saving grace was a lovely owner who was attentive

close to the beach. very good value! Owner let me have a late checkout and store my bags until later that evening.

The fan is a ceiling fan so doesn’t really cool the room but for the price it was ok. The sheets were stained slightly and bathroom smelt a little damp but nothing too bad!

We can highly recommend the accommodation. We spontaneously stayed two more nights. There is a large well-equipped kitchen where you can cook. The room and bathroom were clean and large. The high ceilings and furnishings made us feel very comfortable. The owners are super nice and helpful!

There's no place for such a price in Hiriketiya. 7 minutes from both Hiriketiya and Dickwella beaches to surf or swim. A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking almost anything. If it's not fully booked (and it is most of the time), book a room now.

The location was great, clean room, good bathroom, friendly staff and excellent value for money.

The pillows were very very hard but that might be personal preference!

Wonderful hotel! Kind, considerate, welcoming hosts, comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean rooms, just a 10 minute walk from town or the sea, in a quiet area with restaurants nearby, and a beautiful view of the surrounding jungle. Highly recommend, and would love to stay again!
