Spacious, clean property with a precious balcony and stream.

I expected it to be more walking distance.

Love this location, and the house is quaint and cute. The living area is comfortable. Walking distance to the fun on Dickson Street and the downtown.

So since our last visit there (I think I rated it 5 stars publicly), I feel some quality has gone down: the room had several dead bugs on floor near window (meaning it hadn't been swept/vacuumed lately), and in the bathroom the baseboards (esp behind the toilet) were filthy. The shower curtain had staining on bottom and visible toilet scrubber brush was dirty as well. I say this to help the innkeepers improve as this is low-hanging fruit, to clean and keep things immaculate. Breakfast could certainly be improved (nothing homemade), but I figure that's par for the course these days at B&Bs. Water filter on fridge needs to be replaced for fresh water. I hope they resolve all this - it's a gem of a property in Fayetteville, and again, these are easy fixes if they care.

Breakfast was awesome! The location is absolutely perfect! It is the perfect mix of being incredibly quiet and also 5 mins from all the action of Dickson Street!

It would be nice to control your own room temperature for the writers room! That is all! Everything else was amazing!

The place was very charming.

There were stairs that should have been mentioned and no help taking luggage up the steep steps. Stairs up to the front door and stairs up to the rooms. Never would have stayed here.

Lovely House, we enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.
