Dickson Street Bed & Breakfast

The location is great if you want to walk to downtown Dickson street for entertainment or eating. The property itself is also extremely nice, with great landscaping and outdoor spaces.

No access to AC controls in our room. The breakfast is hotel-style continental breakfast (instant oatmeal, cereal, a few muffins, etc.) rather than something fixed fresh. I've never stayed at a B&B where the breakfast was like this, which certainly wasn't what I expected.

Cozy room, comfortable bed, easy check in and check out. Beautiful grounds and great location.

Note for people with cat allergies. They do have a very sweet outdoor cat with a sign that says don't let the cat in. Unfortunately, I think a prior guest may have let the cat inside as we developed some allergy symptoms from the cat dander.

The tub, comfortable bed and high speed fan were excellent. I was very happy and looking forward to a good night’s sleep.

The upstairs guests left in the early morning (3:15am) and were very loud. Other than not sleeping well after 3am it was a nice stay

The bed and breakfast is located in a beautiful neighborhood- great for taking walks and is easy access to so many places and events in Fayetteville. I walked to the Farmers Market held on Saturday morning at the town square and the locally run health food store is just blocks away. It's a beautiful home on gorgeous grounds. I would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing that I didn't like.
