This place is amazing, the manager is great and has been super helpful and accommodating, honestly everything has been perfect, I will be staying here again next time I come to chiang mai.

Do not come here if you are archnophobic, there are spiders. You should not use the air conditioning any more than necessary, because the price does not account for that.

"A unique and homely stay"

Cozy and unique, great entertainment (Netflix and YouTube on smart tv) a nice view out the window, and great for the price! I stayed the night before I had to go to the airport and that was perfect

Nothing - the location is far from the old city and such but you’ll know that beforehand. The way the accommodation works is a little different to most hotels (it’s basically an apartment) and maybe not the best for older guests (it’s 5 floors up) and the locking system isn’t your usual key system - but if you know this going in it’s great

It is a very cute appartment, calm day and night,located in a nice area, where mostly the local students live. There is a great food market nearby with a great athmosphere and very cheap delicicious food. I really enjoyed staying there!

"Disappointing"

The room had a nice balcony and the location is pretty good too. A lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance and a hiking trail just 10 minutes away.

The bed and refrigerator were very loud. It was bad enough to keep us awake through the night. You had to lie perfectly still for the bed not to creak. We were not happy with the hygiene standards as there were cockroaches in the bathroom and ants all over the apartment.

"Amazing location, highly reccommend!"

The location is great! Its super close to lots of amazing restaurants, and the nightly street food markets are 2 minutes down the road. If you're a foodie or vlogger, this is the place to go! 🍜🧋🍨 The host was very accommodating and took care of all our needs, and supplied us with lots of drinking water. 😊 We felt comfortable during our stay and would highly reccomend this place! The price is exceptional too!
