Fantastic place. we extended our stay 2 times, really don’t wanna move. value for money. you can’t find such a nice apartment on a budget. including Netflix, mountain view balcony, super comfortable sofa, have a stovetop coffee maker can save a lot of money. downstairs have night market, you can buy coconut shakes only for 40batt, and most Thai dishes are around 40-50batt. snacks around 10-15 batt, downstairs also have 7/11. near the airport, only takes a few minutes and I paid 78 batts. many restaurants around. afternoon you can take a walk to Chiangmai university there are 2 lakes can chill. the host also has a motorcycle rental of only 200 batts. at night quiet and have a forest smell, one thing let you surprised is at the balcony has a small birth nest, you will often meet owner of the nest when you seat on the balcony. Highly recommended

The price is ok for Chiang Mai. A good laundry just a few seconds from the main door. Cheap and good street food around.

A bit overcrowded of stuff no much space to move our.
