Kiang Mo Gumpuju

Great location, close to temples, city centre and airport Food market and 7 eleven on the main road Recommend!

The apartment size was perfect for two people, with a very comfortable bed and couch as well as a balcony to chill on. It was cleaned really well and communication with the host went smoothly. The night market just down the road from the apartment had varied and delicious food options, and there were also many cute restaurants in the area. We also used the laundromat just across the road. It's a 30 minute walk from the base of the monk's trail if you want to walk up to Wat Pha Lat. For reaching other parts of the city you'll need to use Bolt or rent a scooter, as it's a fair walk away from the center.

Very clean and tidy, coffee/tea facilities, good shower with bathroom soaps etc, microwave, plates, cups etc, comfortable bed, Netflix, wifi, secure, aircon and fan, great night food markets

For me, there wasn't much to see in the area and not many restaurants open during the day, but great unit for a couple of nights

I like the space, the couch, the balcony, the view, the bed, the cleanliness and the area

Excellent location! 1 Minute to sightseeing in Chiang Mai University and the famous street foods nearby. The room is the old condominium which is renovated in boutique hotel / dormitory / airBnb style. It looks not so premium, but extremely comfortable, especially the bed! The best transportation I would recommend is Motor bike because car park space is limited in the area. The room owner is so kind and generous!

The door lock is a bit difficult. The balcony area can be a bit improved! Some parts of the room i.e. door joint would be a bit well maintained.
