Uplands Garden

Helen and Simon were the perfect hosts, welcoming on arrival, leaving an Anniversary card and a bottle of wine was a lovely touch, helping us to select places to dine in the evening and generally making our stay special. The Garden room was superb, as was the breakfast. The bed was like a huge marshmallow that swallowed you up. Would thoroughly recommend Uplands Garden and will definitely stay again.

Communication before the stay was exceptional. Helen and Simon were really friendly and helpful when we got there, and gave us local knowledge. Breakfast was amazing and very accommodating!

Helen & Simon were very welcoming and attended to our every need. The breakfast was exceptional with extra vegan options upon request. The room is very clean, new, and nicely furnished. The bathroom is highest standard. It is very quiet and good location to explore the coast.

Wow! What a find. A little out of the way, but worth the journey to find such a gem. The hosts Simon and Helen couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The room is extremely comfortable and in a gorgeous setting. Delicious breakfast cooked to order and a perfect base to explore the Jurassic Coast from. We couldn't recommend a stay highly enough.

The directions to find the place are a little confusing - be prepared for narrow lanes, but well worth the effort.
