The owners, Helen and Simon where great, frendly and helpful, made me feel very welcome. Great breakfast. Beautiful setting, very peacefull, a really comfortable 'get away from it all' weekend. Stunning beaches 10 minutes away

That I had to come back home and to work the next day, would have liked to stay longer.

Super clean, super hosts great location and really good breakfast (loved the fresh fruit). Garden setting was special. Wetsuit washing and drying area was useful. Undercover bike storage and guest fridge very helpful.

The location is superb, although the house is a little hidden away. There are great views from the small balcony, which has a couple of chairs and a small table, looking over the hedge towards the sea (which is JUST visible in the distance). The room was very clean and the en suite good with a very nice shower. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts very willing to amend or add to the regular menu where possible.

No TV. I was able to stream quite happily from my laptop each evening, but the broadband was a bit unreliable on the second morning. Beyond the bed, fittings in the room are fairly minimalist and there is not a lot of space. If you want a wet shave, bring a bowl - by design the sink has no plug! There are steps, so not very accessible, and the guest fridge is outside, below the room.

Immaculate, tea and fresh ground coffee and local biscuits provided in room, modern clean shower room and view of beautiful garden and use of private balcony at front of accommodation. Breakfasts locally sourced and delicious. Hosts are lovely people, had a fantastic time and will revisit later in the year. Highly recommended.

A little tricky for us find in the dark the first night, but once you have been there once it’s easy. No other issues at all.

Everything was first class from the design and comfort of the B&B extension to the delicious breakfast. The hosts Simon & Helen are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great with Seatown only 5 minutes drive (super pub on beach The Anchor).

The location was good the breakfast was good the room was good and the staff were brilliant had a great time will be back again at some point

The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The room was exceptional and exceeded expectations. Everything was immaculate. The breakfast was the best we’d ever had!
