The property was immaculately clean, very quaint and a cosy comfortable feel like home from home

Nicely furnished cottage on the forecourt of caravan park. One of the best shower units we've come across and a fridge and microwave were an added bonus. Easy access off A19.

Some of deco had been done a bit hurriedly and should really be updated. Quite a bit of late night Noise on Saturday as we had to be up for 6am!

Very accommodating host, especially with my later than planned arrival. Comfortable clean room. I did a flying overnight visit. Thank you for my stay, I would stay again.

The only thing was the room was very warm. The windows do open but very wide as the hinge holds it open. As I'd arrived late it was already evening so couldn't have it open as moths etc came in. If I'd arrived earlier I probably could have aired the room. On the plus side it must be well insulated for the colder months. My booking didn't say breakfast was included so I'd made plans elsewhere but on arrival was told it was included. Could be clearer on the website 👍

John was a lovely host. Extremely welcoming and pleasant to deal with. I was attending a wedding close by and he offered to drop me off at the venue, which was a lovely gesture. The room was perfect - comfortable, clean and exactly as it was advertised.
