Barton hall is a lovely setting near pooley bridge. It has many lovely walks and places to eat. Alisa and the team are just lovely.

The accommodation had a welcoming vintage feel and was a great place to stay. Host and other guest were also very polite, location is great.

WiFi was quite slow, and shared restrooms aren't very convenient among large groups of people, but not a huge problem at all.

"Pooley bridge short holiday"

Lovely old house with quirky features. Loved the room I stayed in. A bit like going back in time but with the modern things we have all become used to. Nice short walk into pooley bridge too which is a lovely little town with great riverside pubs/ restaurants etc…

Nothing. Staff were really friendly. Enjoyed my 3 night stay there.
