hostal Monte Libano

Reservé 2 noches con mi esposa e hijo. No tenía aire acondicionado (solo un ventilador). Por suerte encontré disponibilidad en Hostería Mandala, traslade a mi familia y yo me quedé 1 noche en Monte Libano. La segunda noche la pasé con mi familia en Mandala. La primera noche en Mandala para mí familia me costó 40 dólares y la segunda ya conmigo 70 , en total 110 por las 2 noches. Mientras que en Monte Libano costaba 99 dólares por las 2 noches. La diferencia en precio entre uno y el otro fue solo de 11 dólares. Pero la diferencia de las instalaciones fue inmensa. Luego me enteré que Hostería Mandala es uno de los mejores lugares para hospedarse en Puerto López. Sino el mejor.

A pousada é muito charmosa, localizada em frente a praia e com os quartos estilo casa na árvore. Apesar de ser casa na arvoré, tem uma estrutura muito boa, com ótimo banheiro e ar condicionado no quarto. Os anfitriões Pedro e Maria são muito atenciosos e educados. Gostamos bastante do tempo que ficamos hospedados lá!

Leuke plek, uit de drukte vh centrum, hele lieve en zorgzame eigenaren. Aan zee! Vlakbij de pier waar de tours vertrekken voor walviskijken en isla de la Plata.

Las hojas que tapan la vista al mar, esta lindo que haya vegetación me encanta de hecho pero como sugerencia córtenlas para poder apreciar la vista al mar

I had a transport issue and the owners of the hostel helped me and waited for me at my late arrival. They are super sweet and the hostel is really comfortable and great.

The hosts of this hostel are so friendly, they really make you feel at home. It is a caring family Not far from the beach. Totally recommended

So, when I read the reviews, I didn't get it right, so here is the sad truth: Puerto Lopez is quite a shabby, dirty village with all sorts of people coming here in search of money when the whale season is on. The locals have to survive somehow through the rest of the year. That's where the prices come from. This hosell is definitely not a bad option, if you for some reason have to spend a night exactly in Puerto Lopez. Which I would advise to avoid at any cost.

So, if you decide to still spend a night here, be prepared to not be able to sleep at all. And I mean it. Of course, it's not every night, but we were lucky: some "cool guys" decided to show the whole village, how cool they are and were driving through the village with the music on between 3 and 6:30 am. Loud music meant the parked cars went on alarm and my body was shaking from the cool bass. It has nothing to do with the hostel itself of course...The hostel itself is like...Needs some polishing...And the smell of dogs everywhere...Like my hair was smelling of it the next day...The owners are nice, they agreed to cancel our second night without extra charges...
