Location, the helpful staff, big bedroom, kitchen with everything needed

It's not that I didn't like it, just that they could improve the bathroom, they are a bit small.

Good facilities, very well equipped kitchen, clean, nice staff.

Ricardo was a great host. The location and common areas were great. They were very resolutive with a couple of things we had to change. It was a nice place!

Beds were not very comfortable to be honest. That could be changed and it would improve the experience a lot.

Our host recommended a program for a whole week, including restaurants, hiking trails, thermal baths etc.

On one of the nights our room was flooded. it turned out that in the neighbouring bathroom a waterpipe was broken. By the time we could locate it, we had 2 cm deep water in our room and also on the corridor on the first floor of the building. I tried to contact the owner via phone, however as it was in the middle of the night he did not answer my call. nor my text messages. We managed to close the broken waterpipe and I started sweeping out the water out of the house. Somebody walking on the street also saw the water pouring out of the house. He said that he knew where the cleaning lady lived and promised to wake her up. In the meantime we were trying our best to decrease the damage caused by the water. After approximately an hour a cleaning lady turned up. Such a problem may happen at anytime, however I would have expected a “thank you” and also some sort of compensation as we were heavily disturbed and also for our help in tidying up the house.

Very nice staff, And super helpful. Comfy place to wait out the storm!
