"5 star accommodation and breakfast."

We stayed here for one night as we were attending a wedding nearby. It’s a lovely location the room is beautiful and spacious. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming and allowed us to check in early which was brilliant. We had our breakfast brought to our room which was such a lovely treat ! High quality fresh produce and it was beautifully presented we even had their own homemade honey. 5 star accommodation and breakfast amazing value for money. I only wish we had been able to spend more time there !

"Exceptional"

The room was in a converted farm building, in a Deer Park, very clean, exceptionally comfortable bed and delicious breakfast brought to the room. Great location for biking the quiet country lanes and byways to Sandringham, Castle Rising, Castle Acre etc. near Peddlars way. The beautiful village of Gt. Massingham just down the Road. Wonderful hosts.

Location and out door space

Kettle needed descaling and unusable, furnished dated and rats running about all night in the roof space
