Hill Farm Bed and Breakfast

Lovely decor, cosy, hosts were so welcoming and helpful, even greeting us with a fresh pot of tea which was much needed after our long journey. The in-room breakfast was great.

Nothing, all good. Only note would be for this app to update the directions as it took us to the farm next door but with a quick call to the property hosts we soon got to the right property.

My second time at Hill Farm. Just my kind of place. Lovely converted farm building, very nice hosts that serve excellent breakfast brought to the room every morning. Totally quiet at night, ok, maybe one can hear the odd owl screeching. Secure parking in the farm yard. Excellent pub "The Dabbling Duck" in nearby village. What more can one wish for?

First and foremost, Heidi our host is incredibly accommodating and flexible when it comes to check in times. She is an authentic lovely person who takes huge pride in delivering a fantastic experience when staying at hill farm b&b. The accommodation itself is cosy, modern and clean; and proved to be exceptional value for money during our stay in Massingham. The breakfast offered was delivered to our room exactly at the time agreed and tasted like high quality ingredients were used. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The location is perfect, within striking distance of the coast and right near The Dabbling Duck, The Duck at Stanhoe and The Ffolkes for food. A lovely view of the deer on fields when you wake up. Spacious well heated room, very comfy bed and incredibly clean. The hosts are exceptionally helpful both in person and over the phone/text. Our dog is slightly yappy at times and it did not bother them. The star of the show is the breakfast, amazing value, the homemade jams and honey are out of this world and as a bonus, it gets delivered to your room at a time of your choosing. Overall, excellent value and would stay again!

No negatives.

Quality furnishings, quiet location, village pubs nearby, lovely room and hosts, great breakfast.

Only thing that I would suggest is that they contact guests prior to arrival with detailed location and access information. It is down a long drive and the gates at the end will open for you - but it helps to know that ahead of time.

Comfortable bed

The room was very cold and the only heating was an electric heater which had only been put on just before we arrived. I tried to find someone to ax for another heater but no-one was around as the owners were away.

Excellent location, quality of room and host that made the stay very enjoyable. Stayed here to attend the Dabbling duck seafood festival and was a perfect location.
