"Stunning"

What a gem of a place this is, we arrived to be greeted by Heidi our host with a pot of tea which was most welcome. The breakfast was lovely, which is brought to the room with some tasty homemade honey to go with it. The room was lovely and well appointed with a super comfortable King-size bed. We have visited Norfolk before and so we enjoyed the country side. We definitely recommend this lovely place and will be back.

"Pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was for the price."

The room was modern, clean and the bed very comfortable. We walked through the field, with the deer and horses in (They're quite tame and came close), and down a quiet road into Massingham. We sat outside, with our dog, and had a lovely meal at The Dabbling Duck then took a stroll around the village. I'll very likely return again and this time remember to book breakfast. Very good value for money.

Would be interested in knowing if there are any public footpaths nearby

"It was only a short stay, but would certainly consider returning when we next visit Norfolk."

Breakfast was amazing and served to us in our room. Felt very welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

Cost for dog stay was a bit excessive for one night, especially as dogs were only in the room while we slept and there were no carpets to clean.
