Location was perfect, short walk into the centre of Budleigh Salterton. There was everything you could possibly think of for the comfort of your stay. Including robes, make-up remover pads and even an electric blanket. Nice selection of things for breakfast and everything was excellent quality. A very comfortable stay indeed.

The Lawns is absolutely lovely, great location - near the town and only a little further to the beach. My room was huge and very nicely furnished, I particularly liked the Art Deco dressing table and wardrobe. The property is tucked away off a nice residential road and is very peaceful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and very attractively furnished, as was the rest of the house. The breakfast was good with healthy choices and the hosts very helpful and generous.

Very comfortable house in a tranquil appealing location. Very nice hosts.
