The Lawns B & B

The room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable - super kingsize with a Tempur mattress. The bed linen was also of a high quality. Everything was spotless and the bathroom was large with a good shower. The rooms were light and airy. Breakfast was extremely tasty and the gardens were beautiful. Our hosts were friendly and incredibly helpful, we would not hesitate to recommend The Lawns B & B.

Very spacious & clean house. Light & bright. Incredibly genuine and welcoming hosts - I just honestly felt at home. Nothing was too much trouble The top room is wonderful -nicely private & very large , with a lovely bathroom The house has decent parking, beautiful gardens & it’s so quick to get into Budleigh

What fantastic hosts Alex and Sarah are. The room was amazing. Great facilities. The bed was so comfy that it was a real problem getting up in the morning. Breakfast was perfect for our needs. With access to the town centre and beach within 5 minutes walk, was a real bonus. Just an all round great experience. Thank you.

The Lawns is one of those little gems you come across now and then. Both Sarah and Alex could not of done anything more for us , nothing was to much trouble . We will definitely return later this year.
