The Lawns B & B

A very stylish, well appointed property combined with great attention to detail and hospitality from the host's.

Only able to stay for two days.

I liked the peace and quiet the room provided. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were outstanding. I enjoyed my chats the hosts. I loved the choice and quality of the breakfasts each morning.

I found it difficult to locate 'The Lawns' because the signage is not very good at all! My bedroom door had a loud squeak each time I opened and closed it. There was no hot water on the 1st day of my 2-day stay. On the 2nd day, the water was marginally warmer but still not hot enough for my liking!

Really lovely property, the hosts where so welcoming, more than happy to recommend the location and this guest house

Breakfast was fantastic. Although vegetarian, highly satisfactory for an omnivorous one who likes big breakfasts. Very accommodating for dietary restrictions. Wonderful gardens to greet me on my way in and out. Excellent location for a short walk to the bus stop and town center. Delightful town, great food and amenities, nice variety of nature walks for coastline and River Otter; just make sure to know ahead when restaurants are closed for the day or evening.

I really have nothing to complain or say can be better.
