Expected a full English however a more buffet style was provided. Fresh fruit salad was amazing, hot croissants and selection of bread and cheese with an added bonus of a boiled egg. Delicious and filling.

Hope for an ensuite with bath but not disappointed with the lovely shower room next to my room.

Great service, hosts were very helpful. No negatives, you get what you paid for.

Stunning inside and out, amazing food, facilities and Sarah and Alex always make us so welcome 😃 the bedroom has the best beds in the world and then Apple TV and Netflix in your room with tea/coffee and biscuits and a sumptuous breakfast, just make our stay here the best. The only place for us to stay in Budleigh 👍

We were well looked after staying in a lovely room with the town close by, although it was all so immaculate we felt guilty having a drink in the room in case of spillage.

Location to Budleigh Salterton 5 minute walk. Host very generously got up early to serve breakfast as we had to catch an early flight.

No complaints.

We loved everything about the property. Excellent location, central for the beach, pubs and restaurants. Immaculately decorated and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Hosts were very attentive. Definitely will be back.

Nice big room, great breakfast, friendly owners. An easy walk/drive to the seafront and nature reserve.
