This place was great & Francesca was very welcoming. Extremely clean & spacious with a wonderful rooftop garden/bbq area. Great location within 10mins walk of major attractions. Catania is a fabulous city.

There are many stairs to get up to the apartment (bit challenging with luggage). Also the bedroom is loft style with the bathroom down very narrow stairs (bit challenging in the middle of the night when nature calls)

Clean and comfortable with a large roof terrace with great views. The host was very welcoming and provided numerous basics necessities such as fruit juices and milk upon arrival which was a nice touch. The location was good with a short walk to restaurants and key sites. We managed to park outside the property each evening upon return from our travels and the local eating recommendations were spot on.

There are a lot of steps to the third floor which we managed ok but people should be aware of this.

The large terrace has amazing views. The kitchen had everything imaginable. Our host left water, yogurt, crackers and croissants. Beautiful apartment

It wasn't a problem for us but there are 72 steps to the apartment.

This was the best flat we have ever stayed in. Amazing space - with the small charming street balcony and a huge amazing private terrace - with a great view - on the roof. The flat was spotless. It was a very nice touch that juice, water, milk, coffee, and some pastries for the first breakfast were already there. The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything you need - like at home. Location - right in the city center. ALIBUS airport bus stop is just a minute away from the place. Charming host gave us all the information necessary, with some tips for the restaurants included. If ever back to Catania - this will be our spot!

It was hard to leave...

It’s a very unusually arranged apartment on several floors with a beautiful sunny terrace on the top level. There are views of the port (a cruise ship was there) and also Mount Etna (which was smoking). It’s quiet with absolutely no noise at night and at the same time only a few minutes from the centre of the historic centre. Francesca left water, milk, juice in the fridge and coffee and tea and a few snacks were there as well. Everything you could need is here, including an iron. Francesca recommended a restaurant for us and some places to avoid too. She also gave us a lift to the bus station and this was unexpected and much appreciated in the heat.

Nothing to dislike.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location for the main sights in Catania. The best thing is the fantastic view from the huge roof terrace. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the train station for trips to Taormina or Siracusa. It’s also handy for the Alibus from/to the airport (which costs 4 euros each way).

Amazing spacious apartment in a central location. Only a 5 minute walk from the city centre and lots of restaurants/bars/attractions nearby. The private sun terrace was brilliant and gave great views of the city and mount Etna.

The place is stunning, it has an Sicilian heart. The rooftop view is amazing for breakfast with a WOW view. We could not have chosen better. The owner is very kind.
