WePuglia - Vista Cattedrale

Vista Cattedrale was amazing. The apartment was very clean as it was cleaned every day. They also changed the towels every day. The apartment has 2 rooms, a small kitchen and a terrace. The first one is situated at the 1st floor and has 1 small toilet, small balcony, it has a sofa which can be extended into a bed. For the second one, you have to cross the first room and climb some stairs as it is situated at the 2nd floor. This is the main bedroom and has a huge bed, some storage closet. Here is the big bathroom and it has a shower (the shower is made of glass and you can see if someone is inside from the bed). To get to the kitchen you have to climb some other stairs as it is at the 3rd floor. Here we had a coffee machine, some teas and a heating pot. It was very well equipped as it has lots of tools to cook, including plates and a small fridge. From the kitchen you can go to the terrace where you have a nice view over Monopoli or you can lay out in the sun because there are some sun beds here. We were provided with small bottles upon arrival and also every day we received new ones. The apartment has its own heating system. The owner is very kind and provided us with al the needed information about Monopoly and not only. The apartment is located near the center at 5 minutes or so. We were offered some breakfasts at Caffe Roma which is 1 minute away. Here you ca take a coffee and something to eat, like a croissant or something sweet (like pasticciato, it is a traditional pastry from the area). I highly recommend Vista Cattedrale. Also, the owner is very helpful and eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

the interior of the property is stylish and the location is stunning: the property has a cute kitchen opening on an amazing two layer terrace that looks on the cattedrale. People who welcomed us and showed us the property were very kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very smooth communication with the host. Location is excellent, within the old town and close to everything, yet the area was quiet at night. The place was clean and well organised. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe with lots of choice of pastries and coffee. We were able to leave our luggage after check out and get them back at our convenience which made it very convenient.

The shower is in complete view of the bed and privacy with the toilets is limited as well. Could do with frosted glass instead of clear glass for the shower. The room is perhaps a bit small but the location makes up for the price. Not an issue for us but the way up to the room is quite steep so might be an issue if travelling with elderly people.
