"Stressful check-in/out experience! Not a vacation"

- Location: right in front of the cathedral of Monopoli. - Interior: Well designed and renovated apartment. Small but everything you might need (fridge, hairdryer, AC, etc) - Price effectiveness: good bucks for the location

- Had to take an appointment to do the check in and had to accomodate the slots proposed by the agency in the middle of the afternoon. You can check in only after 4pm, so wasted afternoon. So much stress for this - Check out was very early (10am). Staff messaged us at 10:07 asking us if we.were out. Few minutes later cleaning ladies opened the door without knocking. - Room was small, humid and had no window. Perfect for a 1 night stay but no more than that. - Cheap shower gel provided. Just enough for 1 shower and felt bad in my skin. Wouldn't recommend it.

"Exceptional"

It’s very well located, we loved staying in the heart of the centro storico. The cathedral was right there outside our window and the city is just the most beautiful place I’ve been to. Mara, the host, was wonderful and very thoughtful with our needs! The room was tidy and the breakfast was in a cofe shop close to the building! We really appreciated all the small details reserved and available for us! We highly recommend it!

"Perfect location to explore charming town of Monopoli"

Location was perfect to explore the city by foot. It is very clean and nicely furnished. Staff was also very nice, he was at the property greeting us so the check in process was very smooth.

The room is amazing... It goes with everything in Italy: close to a coffee shop, close to the historic center and good restaurants. It's well worth staying here, even for dinner on the terrace in front of the Cathedral!!
