Perfect stay....Giovanni is a great host.

We looved the location of the property, right next to the Monopoli Cathedral, on a tiny italian street in old town. The room was small, but very nice and very clean. We liked the host very much, very friendly. They agreed to check in us 3 hours earlier due to disponibility, they offered us free bottles of water and even a bottle of wine . We are more like beer people , but we appreciated the gesture. The suite above our room was unbooked so the host let us use the roof terrace for 2 days, wich was greeeat! The view was amazing!!!

There was nothing not to like!

The location is excellent but the room tiny with no place for anything. Fridge useless as it did not cool drinks. Good Location and good Aircon but extremely steep internal stairs.

Larger room, better fridge

Very well located, next to the Catedral and one square where you can park. Mattia, the host was in touch with us and was very friendly. The room and bathroom were clean and new, very confortable and elegante place.

Be prepared to climb some stairs.

Perfect location. Well decorated. Good working air conditioning. Excellent shower. Comfortable bed. Sweet small balcony. Helpful staff on hand by WhatsApp who were flexible when our flight was delayed.

Quite small so perhaps better as a 'stop gap' stay- you'd probably be tripping over each other if you stayed more than 2 nights as it is small.

The B&B has excellent location in the old part of Monopoli. The host is very professional, helpful and responsive.

The toilet and shower are separated from the bedroom with a transparent glass wall which is decreasing the privacy.

Apartment was wonderful, centraly located and had a first class view of the Cathedral and other architecture. It was very comfortable with comfy bed and very modern bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is at the top level next to a terrace and out door table with a view. To some this is strange, but it makes sense since its next to the terrace/dining table and would not send heat from ccoking to the other rooms. Another terrace is just above the first with a better view. The lowest level room has a sofa/foldout bed and T.V.. We were a family of 3. I would rate this apartment 4.5 out of 5 Stars!!! We had a wonderful stay.

Would be better to have a proper refridgerator rather than a wine fridge. Also, though it wasn't a problem for us, the stairs are extremely steep for some people. Also, though nights were cool, the airconditioner worked on and off (was fixed, but didn't work after the second days again after repair) and we sleep with the windows open which caused us to deal with street noise. It was very quiet when the windows were closed. It was very hot when we cooked since the kitchen had a very low ceiling and no A.C..

The location in perfect, centrally located and close to the beach at Porta Vecchia

The ceiling was quite low above the stairs and on the third floor/kitchen area so if you are tall you will need to lower your head a bit.

Amazing hotel with a superb location, no problem with an early check in, very friendly staff. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Monopoli
