"Posizione strategica e stanza confortevole"

Vincenzo ci ha fornito indicazioni chiare e precise prima del nostro arrivo ed è stato super gentile e accogliente. La stanza ed il bagno sono molto confortevoli, ma il pezzo grosso è il bellissimo terrazzo, ristrutturato di recente, che purtroppo abbiamo potuto sfruttare poco per mancanza di tempo (abbiamo dormito solo una notte). Fantastica la terrazza con vista panoramica sul centro storico. La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile anche grazie alle indicazioni fornite prontamente da Vincenzo. Anche per il parcheggio non ci sono stati problemi. Una volta sistemata l'auto si può tranquillamente scendere in centro a piedi.

Even if we had a hard time to find it, Vincenzo was there to rescue us! The place was amazing! A big private terrace, with an amazing view. Spacious room in a great location!

"Beautiful apartment with dreamy rooftop terrace!"

The rooftop terrace is amazing! We loved the view. Once we got oriented, we appreciated the location, easy to get to train station and downtown. Vincenzo was very nice. Beautifully decorated accommodation.

"Amazing view of Modica"

The view from our terrace was magnificent. Was easy to find and our host Vincenzo was very helpful even though he spoke very little English. Close to Modica centre. About 5 min walk.

The rooms could do with a bit of modernising.. I guess it's because the building was quite old But they were very clean and nicely styled
