The view is amazing! The room is great too, it was a very comfortable stay.

There were no cups in the room, just wine glasses. But the owner is very responsive, so not an issue!

"great location close to the center of chocolate snd Easter actions!"

lovely deck snd easy to use room/shower. a lot of seating. I would trade the couch for sone table space. host accommodating and friendly.

difficult to find due to directions being for cars. this is a place to walk to, in the middle of staircase street. normal for Sicily.

"Lovely view and stylish room"

This was an exceptional accommodation. The house was stylish and newly renovated, with a lovely terrace belonging to the room: the view of the town would have been perfect, if it did not rain so heavily :-) The room was warm, though, and had everything we needed (kettle, wine glasses, cork screw). And the host was perfectly lovely, too. We will definitely come back to enjoy the view in a better weather.

"Great terrace with wonderful panoramic view over the rooftops of Modica"

We enjoyed looking at the stunning panoramic view over Modica Bassa from the large terrace. We visited in February when it was a little cold but the air conditioning kept the room warm. There was a fridge in the room which was useful to keep milk and some food. We were sent directions from the train station and restaurant recommendations by WhatsApp before we arrived. We ate at one of the recommended restaurants (Cappero Bistrot) and it was excellent.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Part of Modica’s charm is it is built on steep hillsides and there are many steep flights of steps and alleyways. I found I needed to allow more time to orient myself in, and navigate the town particularly when catching a train!

close to the Main Street and to the sites

Although breakfast is listed as included, it turns out that you have a choice of walking to the nearest bar to buy breakfast or paying extra for the owner to bring it. If I had read the small print I would have known that, so really I blame Booking.com for permitting such misleading information on their site
