Stunning terrace looking over Modica (well worth all the steps in Modica!), lovely room, great base to visit Modica and other towns like Ragusa and Scicli. Vincenzo was a great host with excellent recommendations about restaurants and things to see in Modica.

It was a beautiful appartment with a lovely, sunny roof terrace.

We liked everything!

The best location, lovely home, clean and great host. Very easy check-in. And not to forget the private terras with a view.

Nothing not to like

The terrace is truly amazing and enjoyable. The bedroom was spacious and with a high ceiling. Vincenzo, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating.

The entrance was shared with the rest of the house.

Wonderful view from rooftop terrace over Modica. It's amazing! Property is very small, but nice in old stone house. Parking is near on the street or between houses. Very welcoming hosts. Location is very good - in quite area and near the Main Street - we could go everywhere in the city centre on foot and we was very satisfied to go up and down between old houses, where no so many tourists and people. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Vincenzo! 🙌

Some things that needs to be added in property - more dishes and kitchen utensils, hand wipes and some blankets for cooler evenings.

Host Vincenzo was very very kind. He gave us very important information how to get to Modica and the next destination. He even picked us up from bus stop and to the railway station. His tips on restaurants were also informative very much. Location was very good that we could go everywhere in the city center on foot. Another good thing was we enjoyed the amazing view from the rooftop terrace. It was spectacular to see the old city of Modica. We will come back again. Grazie mille, Vincenzo!

View, roof terrace, location, terrace furniture, host was excellent, clean, plenty hot water. Good value

Bed linen very poor, furniture inside, also no need for big sofa, 2 smaller chairs would be better, knives, spoons, plates, bowls would have been good. Very good but we don't think 10, which implies perfection
