Good location

Not a very welcoming place to stay

The place is fine if your looking for cheap options in Catania for a couple of nights. The poeple are nice and it is not that far from the center, you can go walking.

Localisation, air condition and a balcony with a nice view

To enter the room we had to go through private kitchen that we weren’t allowed to use. We weren’t informed about the city tax of 4€ cash that we were confronted with immediately, in a very uncomfortable way and had to go take out. The owner seemed annoyed by our arrival.

Good positioning, clean, helpful people.

It was a little unusually that the entrance in the room was through the owner's kitchen.

Location was awful, never felt so unsafe...

I like that it was next to the train station and near the centre.

It was really awkward, because on the page it did not say that the owner actually lives there, also the kitchen is not available because it's his. The first day we asked if we could have breakfask early because we went on Etna and he said that we can't. Next day when we went in the kitchen to make breakfast he gave us a basket of "fast food". He could gave us this on the fist day🙄. Also the washing machine is not free you have to pay 10€ (on the page it says that it's free). We also noticed that the owner was in our room when we weren't there and he didn't even say anything.

The balcony was quite nice and the sight of the sea too. The bed was comfortable, the placement of the accomodation was okay in terms of reaching the central.

The breakfast was not what we expected at all, it was some sweet pastry and that is all, I thought we would at least get some bread with meats and cheese. The host kinda very hostiley like we were bothering them or something, every interaction was awkward. We asked for some salt and pepper and they said no with a very irritated tone for example. The air conditioner was very off smelling so we couldn't use it, the room was very hot. The neithbourhood is pretty ugly and loud all night long. I feel like if you want a cheap place it is okay but near this accomodation there are much better ones near the coast. Also the hosts speak english kinda poorly, we could somewhat communicate but don't expect much in this area. All in all wouldn't say I would recommend it.

Clean Room, nice vieuw of the sea, little balcony, I had my breakfast there. There is an extra windowed door to eleminate the traffic noise when you go to sleep, and that works fine. The Room is situated at the 8the floor so you need the elevator. It is 5 minutes walk to the Central Station

There is a shared bathroom, toilet with the other rooms, guests. So you have to wait when its bizzy. No problem but keep that in mind. And you have to go through their kitchen if you enter or leave the B&B. Thats why they ask you to leave before 10 am and come after 5pm so they have their bit of private.
