I choose this apartment because of its location, I needed to stay there one night and it was more than enough. It was clean, had a/c, common bathroom that had all the necessary stuff. The view from the balcony is amazing, biggest asset to the place.

Was unpleasantly surprised by the information about late check in fee, it wasn’t stated anywhere in description on booking. The host said that if I wanted to check in after 9:30 I should pay €15

The only good thing about is the location , just opposite the main train station for those who are interested to that Otherwise it is not in the heart of the City

The behaviour of the owner was auful ! The last day he knocked in a very rude way at the door to say we should leave the room by 10 o'clock in the morning ! While the brakfast time is from 7 to 10 am , so we had to leave the place with the last portion of our breakfast still in the mouth ! He could say it in a more polite way Since the whole appartment consists of 5 rooms only , there is plenty of time to clean a room until 3pm when he delivers them , even if somebody leaves a room at say 10.30 or 11 am

The location was good, and the bed was comfortable. Clean place.

The breakfast was too simple and everything packaged to be fast and easy, when there was a delicious bakery very very close by, and the breakfast would have been much better. The shared bathroom is between 4 rooms, so quite busy. The photos doesn't look like the accommodation at all. The fountain didn't work, and the up keep didn't look the same as in the photos. Even though the price wasn't too high, it still wasn't cheap, so we expected more.

Giovanni is focused on making business, having money. Nothing to share with us. Industrial "breakfast" in the bedroom. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures on Booking...Try another location if possible . 1 bathroom for 4 rooms, Well, we were expected much better

Good location . Cofee for breakfast was tasty. Lovely host.

Roof top terrace and jacuzzi was not working , facility was not clean well. Shower was blocked. Breakfast was provided but quality of brioches and croissants was poor.
