The location and the view from the balcony were nice—you could see both Mount Etna and the sea from there. It is located right next to the central station.

The host lives in the same apartment. They do not speak English and tend to speak very loudly on the phone or with each other. I wasn’t able to rest properly because of the noise.

- convenient location (train, bus) - clean room with a balcony - sea views - simple breakfast included (coffee, sweets) - friendly owners/staff - possibility to store a luggage - possibility to make a laundry (10 EUR)

The room was lovely and the bathroom was nice and clean. However, the description of what was included with the room was slightly off. There was said to be a hot tub AND a pool, but there was just a pool for summer time. This was sad, as we came for the hot tub. Also, the free breakfast in the morning was confusing and not there. Overall, the people were very nice and the place was great!

Only that there was not a hot tub (:

Firstly I lost to find the place and when I call him for the location he was getting angry with me . And he did not share it . Upon my arrival he was still angry but to be honest I did not understand him because he was saying something in Italian. And not even a single word of English he can speak . Wish him good luck but for me it was a bad experience.
