Very nice view! The room was clean and warm. There was a parking space saved for us just in front of the building. The hosts were very kind and also spoke English. The village is small so you can walk only 5 min to reach the ''center'' but it's a long uphill.

The mattress was a bit hard.

Lack of communication with the host, uncomfortable shower, the bed, lack of breakfast that was included, lack of equipment in the kitchen that is not useful

Parking available, manager was kind and showed us around when we arrived.

Very cold room with no thermostat or heating sources, power of the room was turned off at night and back only in the morning. No one to talk to us even for check out. Very strange as no extra pillows or blankets. Trash was present

Small clean room with the fantastic view. Very very quiet place at Italian mountains.

Little bit worse communication with the owner. Without warm water in the morning.

I only gave a 5 because of the view, also free parking out the front.

Our room was hot and stuffy. There was an air-conditioning unit in the room but no remote. When my husband asked the host he said he didn't understand English but told him it come on and off automatically. When we couldn't find how to turn it on, I asked him and he again said he didn't understand me, but then told me because we had the budget room, we were not entitled to it. But then he turned it on through his phone, only for a few hours. I feel that the price we paid certainly wasn't cheap considering other accommodation we have stayed in through out Italy. He made us feel we were a hindrance and we were a interruption. The room was also dated and falling apart.
