The very limited facility Bathtub not in working condition Ac wasn’t great

Room was nice and comfortable and bathroom area was really nice. However due to the design it’s very dark and to have privacy you need to shut the shutters.

Staff broadly seemed used to no guests being there and preferred it that way. Zero atmosphere at the place and would just describe it as pleasant looking but dead. For what claims to be a four star hotel you expect a hell of a lot more and for the significant price - even with a Genius level 3 discount A major issue is all the staff including the foreign (Eastern European) booking manager speak zero English. Not sure what the point of having a booking manager who is foreign who barely speaks English at all why not have a local? the manager was very nice and spoke good English. But he was there sporadically at best and it was pure luck if you managed to grab him - there was no formal reception it seems and no one at all desk at times you’d expect them to be. We had to keep asking the staff at the cafe about basic things and their English is non existent. It gets a 5 and not less as the place is perfectly nice and room is comfortable. Would not stay again.

Beautiful place with beautiful rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast and coffee and very nice yoga classes!
