The location is wonderfully quiet and Habarana is a good base for Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya and Dambulla. The host and his family did their utmost to advise us and arrange matters (arranging a Tuktuk, most convenient bus). The breakfast was extensive and varied. Dinner also tasted great.

No complaints! If you are 1.90 meters tall, pay attention because the room door is lower.

I loved the hosts and the food, it was amazing! They helped me arrange many things and showed me around the little village. Breakfast and dinner were some of the best I had in a while!! Also air conditioning worked well and the room and bathroom were spacious and clean.

A bit hard to communicate about prices, they helped me book a taxi from tue airport, some tuk tuks and safari, but I was always alone and not in a group and the prices were a bit higher than I expected.

Amazing place run by such a nice family! The couple helped us organize our trips and we had the feeling that they can help with anything. We stayed for two nights and had amazing local food for breakfast and dinner! The location is perfect, it’s very peaceful, quiet and the rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely recommend to everyone visiting Habarana and surroundings. Thank you for everything!

I absolutely love this place! I came here on the recommendation of friends and it didn't disappoint! Infact, this is the only place I actually extended my stay. The owners are so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. They can book cheap tours to do the elephant safari and anything else you need they make calls and get back to you with prices really quick. They do everything they can to make your stay more comfortable so you have no leg work to do. This really is hospitality at its finest. The room is the nicest I've stayed in by far, extremely clean and very comfortable with a king-size bed and the comfiest pillows ever. Their garden is also beautiful and so peaceful away from all the chaos and Menukas cooking is delicious! And the portion sizes are HUGE! you definitely won't go hungry at this place. I felt so welcomed and I will probably return to celebrate their new year with them 😁

Everything! The owners are so kind and hospitable and the location is wonderful for anyone wanting some calm between exploring Sigiriya and Dambulla. Organised a very local price Tuktuk for the day and the dinners were amazing!! So authentic and delicious breakfast and dinner. A perfect way to start my Sri Lanka trip.

We had a great time at Wild View Stay. This guesthouse is surrounded by a beautiful and peacful jungle garden. It is run by a lovely family which warmly welcomed us with smiles on their faces. It was really fun to hang out with them and hear their stories. The food was also great, especially the breakfast was very big and delicious. Highly recommended :)

This is a fantastic homestay. The owner and his wife are so welcoming and kind, helpful when booking tuk tuks and for any activities you’d like to do in the area (hikes, safari etc). The free breakfast is great, and there is a lovely family feel to the place. The room and bathroom were also very clean! All in all we stayed two nights and would happily come back :)
