Coastal Villa Mirissa

We have never had such a kind host! We felt carred for and understood! Everything from the accommodation to the breakfast and to the welcome juice was amazing! I can not recommend this accommodation enough!

This villa is about 10 minutes walk to the famous Mirissa Beach. It is located in the quiet place surrounded by nature. The room is spacious, clean. The breakfast was mainly the same but every dame was some small difference in the food.

Just as a small disadvantage I see the lack of English skills by the stuff (not the owner, he speaks very good).

Warmly welcomed by Thushara, even though we were early and able to leave our tuktuk and bags until our room was ready. Good location with nice 10 minute walk to the beach past restaurants which are geared up for tourists but good prices. Room was good, clean, bed was comfortable, good shower pressure and lovely breakfast. Enjoyed the seating outside the room to sit and relax and the smell of the frangipani trees.

We enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the villa was. The villa had everything we needed in it refridgerator, mosquito nets, tv, kettle, wifi, aircon a cuppboard for clothes.. There was a great space out the front to do daily yoga practice for me. The breaky portions were yummy and great size. It was also wonderful to have a complimentary tuk tuk ride to the main road. The location was close to food shopping tuk tuk ride to coconut hill and secret beach. We also took a tuk tuk to Wilgama beach for some surfing. Thurshara who ran the villas was very nice and accomodating- always smiling. For anyone who wants to stay in a quiet clean nice place in Marissa I recommend here 🤩

The villas are as per the photos. Clean spacious and well appointed. Obviously a lot of care and intention has gone into these 2 year old villas. The furniture and fittings were all very good quality and the veranda area pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Communication pre arrival was timely from owner Chamil, and the manager Thushara was very attentive to any of our requests. Breakfasts were very nice with fruits, local foods and toast/jams. Free Tuk Tuk into town (10mins walk) was a bonus and for LKR200 you could get a Tuk Tuk back from Mirissa Beach. Highly recommended and we would stay again. The shower could have a curtain around it so water doesn't spill over the bathroom floor. And/or a mop to mop excess water away from shower area

Good breakfast with a bit of variety

Only cold shower It is located directly near an buddhistic temple. Unfortunately there was festival the day and they blasted music until 4am

Veľmi pekne ubytovanie v tichej lokalite, trochu dalej od pláže avšak po ruke je tuktuk. Veľmi Mila obsluha ktorá je stále k dispozícii.

Trochu špinavá kúpeľňa- pavučiny a prach.

The staff was very cooperative and caring.

Toilets need to be cleaned well
