Great breakfast, friendly host.

A nice place to rest before the departure flight. The owner was helpful, the facilities clean. Many stores and eating places within a short walking distance.

Owner Indika picked me up by van from the airport around midnight, which is easy and wonderful after a long flight. The room was big, clean, with a wall of windows/glass door out to a balcony. It was an extremely comfortable stay with facilities that far exceeded my expectations - a wonderful place for transit (as for me) or if you're staying longer in the area - I wouldn't have minded staying more nights! But the best aspect of the hotel stay was the kind owner Indika. I am usually skeptical of taking breakfast even for a low price at hotels. But I went with it, because it would be easy and convenient before I traveled onward the next morning. Indika prepared a magnificent feast of a breakfast, with many varieties of local Sri Lankan foods for me to try (coconut roti, coconut sambol pancake, hoppers, egg roti, fish, others) and delicious fruit (king coconut, red banana, pineapple, watermelon, mango) -- the quality of which far exceeded most of the food I had later in Hiriketiya. He also arranged a reliable car ride down to my next destination. As I did not realize the payment was cash only, he also helped me get to a nearby ATM so it was no extra trouble for me. I feel so fortunate to have met Indika and stayed at his hotel as my first point of entry and first time in Sri Lanka. He set the standard very high indeed! Stutti !

Everything was great, and I felt at ease. The only downside to the hotel location is that it's next to a main road with road noise. But this did not affect my one night's rest - everything was comfortable.

The host mr indika was great ... very friendly and even with my delayed flight waited for me very early in the morning. As well as helping me with a phone sim. Loved the spacious room and roof terrace where I had a great breakfast. I would stay again and recommend his place.

The perfect place to stay for a night before or after flight! It’s very close to the airport and the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

My mum and I had a lovely stay! The owner was fabulous! He picked us up from the airport, made us a cup of tea and was so friendly! In the morning, breakfast was excellent! It was lots of local fruit, fresh juice and some local food! It was delicious. It was perfect for a nights stay after a long day of travelling!
