Great location, near the bus station. Friendly and helpful staff. The toilet is clean, with hot water. comfortable bed.

The hostess was very welcoming and helped me with everything I asked her. I was surprised at how well equipped the room was (hairdryer, shampoo, AC) and how clean everything was. I was able to enjoy a very delicious dinner, where the eggplant and chicken in particular were deliciously marinated. I would stay here again and can highly recommend it! :)

The owner is a really helpful person. He try to help you as much as he can. Location is near everything.... bathroom big with hot water. And you can eat breakfast and dinner in the hotel who cost cheep and is delicious 👌

Some noisy cats and animal during the night . But not a big prb becouse I sleept anyway 👍

They helped me not only with the accommodation (that had good AC, was very clean and quiet, with even toiletries for the shower and co) but also helped me arrange last minute all my travels in the area (dambulla, sigiria, safari) also, The dinner was amazing, so tasty and so much food for just 1800 rupies! Highly recommended!

A haven of quiet in the city, next to pizza hut but isolated from the noise of the street. Staff always ready to help and organize excursions or connections with tuk tuks, clean rooms with outdoor space. Excellent

Friendly owners, pro active communication prior to arrival. Well located but still not much traffic noise. Nice breakfast with garden view. Excellent value for your money.

Bed was rather short, could be an issue if you are above 180 cm

One of our best stays in Sri Lanka! Our hosts, Mr Demi and his family are very warm and hospitable. Sri Lankan tea as a welcome drink was indeed very refreshing! Their homestay is like a green oasis in the heart of Dambulla city. They have a huge garden with plenty of plants and fruit trees! Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable . AC was functional . Washroom has all the latest fittings incl a geyser and hair dryer. Location of City Paradise is worth mentioning here. Bus station, Restaurants, cafes are all within 50m from the property. Plenty of Tuk tuks are avl outside to go to Sigriya and sightseeing in Dambulla. We had delicious Sri Lankan dinner and breakfast freshly prepared by Demi's mom and sister! Thank you Demi for making our stay so memorable at City Paradise!

Amazing helpful and friendly staff! Even made me breakfast after arrival because I travelled in the morning and hadn’t eaten yet. Helped me with a tuk tuk driver to Lions rock and the temples for a fair price (really nice guy named Sonny). Beautiful garden! Large and clean room with hot water! Gave some delicious fruits from the garden when I continued travelling. Amazing stay!
