Hibiscus House Bed and Breakfast

The owner and staff were very accommodating. We got picked up and dropped off at the ferry/airport. We had a golf cart rental delivered and that was awesome. We road all over the island. Our room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t have cooking facilities but we had a tasty made to order breakfast every morning. Angelina’s restaurant was convenient for lunch and dinner. The snorkeling on Executive Beach was very enjoyable.

It was raining part of the time we were there. If the place had been full there would not have been enough comfortable seating out of the rain for everyone.

Great location and beautiful surroundings of Hibuscus House patio areas. I was met at the airport wth my golf cart and taken the short ride to HH. Tony met me there and gave me a short explanation of what to expect. Great breakfast and coffee in the mornings. Alan & Karen helped me with solutions also. Very quiet in September. Beaches were basically empty and it felt as tbough you had the island to yourself. Ate at Pimienta & Sal, Claritas and Angelinas. All great inexpensive options. It was great to practice my limited Spanish 😁

Lots of construction noise throughout the island during the day. Trucks and front loaders to share the roads with.

Nothing. Old, cold water, no TV, curtains pole falling down, wall paint peeling, horrible towels. The place is a run down. Never bees in such a run down place . My hotel in Casco Viejo was cheaper and amazing. Cristian , staff, was the only good thing.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer klappt hervorragend. Fußläufig zu leckeren Restaurants. Große eigene Terrasse. Die Abholung an der Fähre hat super geklappt. Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Das Zimmer ist recht eng für 3 Personen mit Gepäck und es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kommunikation mit der Dame vor Ort ist nicht ganz so easy, wie mit dem Besitzer.

Room big enough with big terrace ,chairs and umbrella . Breakfast very good. Staff very nice .Host very helpful.Restaurant nearby
