The staff was wonderful! We could not have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

Had some issues connecting to WiFi during the day.

В принципе всё очень хорошо. Расположение хорошее, близко к центру. Приятный хороший персонал. Если возникают проблемы, то помогают решить. Номер просторный. Вода горячая была всегда. Можно оставить багаж после выселения. В целом всем очень довольны остались.

Для меня все недостатки были несущественными. Отель находится у дороги и всегда хорошо слышно машины. Мне лично это не мешало, но вдруг кого-то раздражает шум машин, то это может быть проблемой. И у нас в комнате почему-то был очень липкий пол. Может его моют с таким моющим средством. Это тоже не критично, но было бы приятней, если бы пол не был липким.

It has a excellent location, 5 min walk to Plaza de Armas. Personal Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Big room and hot water.

The bed sheets were not completely clean.

Chambre confortable. Bon petit-déjeuner.

The breakfast room is located on an upper floor terrace with views of the city and mountains beyond.

The TV reception and internet was poor. Traffic very noisy with honking of horns,braking and load speakers on public buses every minute or so.

I liked that the room had an electric teapot. I was able to boil water to fill my water bottle. I prefer this to buying so many plastic bottles. The location is great with a couple coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the square too.

The breakfast left a bit to be desired. Need more choices.

Emplacement parfait très proche du centre historique, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée avec du personnel très sympathique.

Petit déjeuner un peu léger.
