Villa Briganti

We arrived late, to find Federica and a porter waiting to take our bags. When Rosetta discovered that we had not eaten, she prepared us a meal which was, without exception, one of the most delicious meals I have ever eaten (I highly recommend the unforgettable smoked mozzerella and tomato pasta dish). The food was so good that, the next evening, we decided to have a drink in town, but have dinner cooked by Rosetta. Cooking is almost a religion to Rosetta; everything is freshly sourced and lovingly prepared (home made coissants and jams). You are part of special authentic Italy. The views from the terrace of Villa Briganti Seaview Terrace are exceptional and extraordinarily beautiful. We sat back, drank Rosettas excellent family wine and took in the incredible views away from the noise and bustle. Nothing was too much trouble for either Federica or Rosetta. Despite staying in 5* hotels throughout France and Italy, the Briganti topped all other venues and this was the only hotel that provided a toothbrush and toothpaste!

The terrace has the most beautiful view and the service was outstanding.

It was an exceptional place...view like no other! Federica and mama were there ti cater to your every need! Moma is happy to cook...and what a cook! I cried when I left and would go back in a second!! The view on an 800 square foot terrace is magnificent!! Private..serene...we will miss you!!

not really anything. for anywhere in the city, there are a lot of stairs. but it leads to great views

Breathtaking view from the terrace!!! Warm wellcome with a glass of tasty wine :) Federica (and her mom) were great hosts, very helpful (searching the best bus conection for us, printing ferry tickets etc). Thank you Federica (+ mom). We'll definitelly come back!

Everything was fine but anybody comming to Positano should keep in mind a lot of steps up and down...

Breakfast was very good. You could order almost anything you wanted. Setting was on the huge terrace overlooking the Positano bay. Nothing could beat that.

A little expensive, but you do get a lot. Two hundred steps to climb to get there but Positano is built on a cliff.

The place was clean, well-kept, absolutely pristine

The owners Federica and her mum were excellent host. They made us comfortable right from the very first minute in fact within the first few minutes of arrival she cooked us a nice meal and to be honest it was one of the best pasta I ever had . Federicq was always around to help and arrange for us any trip or any thing that needed to be arranged. We had breakfast fast a couple of times and it was absolutely delicious. The piece de resistance was the view from the terrace I can tell you I have never seen a room with such a view , it’s breathtaking .

the breakfast is excellent and plentiful, both Italian with excellent espresso coffee and intercontinental with a huge selection of fresh fruit, many kinds of cereals, yogurt and all sorts of choices, especially homemade products like marmelades made by Rosetta, the owner of the house. I asked for gluten free food for my wife and everything was provided as asked.

everythink was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately it was a bit cold and we are so sorry we couldn't have breakfast on the most beatiful terrace in town, we defenely will come back on summer!

Federica and her mom were very welcoming hosts. Federica arranged private transportation which was very helpful. We spent four days in Positano. The views of the sea and mountains were spectacular. The room opened to a large terrace with seating and great views. Breakfast was served at our requested times. We were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Would definitely stay there again highly recommended.
