Exceptionally quiet and peaceful location a little out of towm centre next to a Wewa which offered lovely views. Indika was a fabulous host and made sure all our needs were met. Evening meals were absolutely delicious. Offered traditional shake on arrival and insisted on a pot of tea before our early morning depart. Thankyou Ken and Julie-Anne - Travellingfoxes

Very beautiful and quiet guesthouse at the lake. Perfect if you want to do safaris in Yala. We stayed for three nights and would have liked to stay longer if possible. The owner is super friendly and makes very delicious food. Almost to every meal he made fresh fruit juices for free. For the safaris we had to leave quite early around 4:30 in the morning. But that was no problem as the owner had coffee ready at 4:15 and also packed breakfast for later. Laundry service was also no problem. If you like birds and nature in general the location at the lake is perfect. I would definitely come back here anytime.

We had a fantastic stay for four days! The hotel is like a little quiet oasis right between two lakes. They are full of fascinating animals, like monitors, flying foxes, monkeys, crocodiles and many many bird species. You can walk to the nearby center or take a tuktuk or just enjoy the peaceful silence and rest. Its easy to get picked up for Safari tours from the Hotel aswell. The owner was very very kind and looking after us very well. I would love to come back and highly recommend the place for a relaxing break on your trip.

The bathroom could use a little makeover but is also perfectly fine as it is. :)

Our choice met all our expectations. The perfect location for privacy, with beautiful views of the mountains, lake and green jungle. Very nice hosts charmed us,Clean and nice room. perfect.
