Duet Hearts

Soggiorno veramente bellissimo, le camere spaziose e pulite, bagni in ottime condizioni, molto profumata. . All’interno della camera ci hanno fornito anche ciabattine e kit di cortesia. La colazione ci è stata portata direttamente sulla nostra terrazza all’orario concordato il giorno prima. Lo staff veramente disponibile e premuroso. Vista stupenda.

Unica cosa da segnalare è che le macchine non possono arrivare fin lì perché la strada è molto stretta, ma lo staff ci ha fatto trovare 2 tuk tuk in un punto vicino che ci hanno portato alla struttura.

il wifi non prende bene e le pareti erano un pó sporche, soprattutto in bagno con la muffa

I liked the room and the view from a balcony a lot. It was such a cosy place, very near the city centre. The staff was very friendly.

I recommend to buy the new white towels because the ones in the place are so old and not white anymore. Breakfast was served cold.

The room was lovely, really big and a stunning view. Huge bathroom. The breakfast on the balcony was delicious and a great set up. The staff were very warm and accommodating.

Incredible setting away from the main road in the soothing noise and wildlife of the jungle. Lovely terrace overlooking the jungle with massive room and bathroom. Great to have a fridge to store water and fresh fruit. Very quiet and super friendly staff who were accommodating and very helpful to sort transport for our next destination and recommend local activities. Thank you so much - wee had a great time!

Towels could have been a bit cleaner - other than that can’t fault it, we loved it here.

Comfortabel room with balcony and amazing views in a quiet area of Ella. Great breakfast served by a friendly family. In case you drive with your own tuktuk (as we did): the street to Duet Hearts is pretty steep, but doable.

Perfect accommodation for our family of four travelling with teenage kids. Clean, comfortable and spacious with an interesting walk through the back laneways to the bustling main street of Ella. The host was friendly and accomodating and was lovely to share his familles special treats to celebrate the Sinhalese New Year

Such a beautiful place, both inside and out. Lovely big comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom, balcony with amazing view. Unbelievable for the price.

This was the best accomadation I have had during my time in Sri Lanka. The host and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful. But the highlight of this place is the view! Waking up in the morning and looking at the jungle is amazing. Breakfast will be served on the own balcony, with the same nice view. The bathroom is also very big and clean. Compared to other accomadations in Ella, this is high above the standard.
